It’s funny how when you cannot drawing how many ideas fill your head. There are so many now I don’t think I’ll finish them all…
Health wise I’m general OK. After having my MRI rescheduled THREE times, I’m now just waiting for the results – is it neuro or do I have something growing in my head that isn’t brain? I’ll keep you posted 🙂
Any ideas on how to finish this one will be mucho appreciated 😀

Not really sure where I’m going with this one but I’m liking it 🙂
I definite learning experience with this one… I added to textures and line thickness to create depth but this is how it currently looks now – thank god I take progress pictures!
I took this further by adding another jellyfish behind crossing diagonally across the page behind this one to fill the space better but when my Dad asked how I was getting along (after a pint of beer or 2) he burst out laughing and said it looks like a pair of bollocks upside down O_O”
Horrified, I then hastily added another small jelly fish at the bottom trying to compensate and now the whole piece is ruined… *sulk* Lesson learnt: don’t rush into amendments once given an opinion. I had worked on this drawing for an hour and then ruined it within 60 seconds because of a crude remark…
I shall be experimenting with pen and water in my next sketch – thanks to Martha Keim-St Louis for your suggestion x
The previous drawing for #SketchJanuary made me want to focus more on movement with the circles and swirling lines – so thought I’d try out a jellyfish.
So far, I’m liking it 🙂 Thoughts?
Planning to make up for my months of absence there should be a load of hash tags for these over the next few weeks (fingers crossed)

I’m still trying to finish my ‘Fly Away’ Collection and to come up with some more ideas and I’m thinking of create this one into a watercolour.

Ive added in some details and added a green background… think I’ve ruined it but oh well – you live and you learn. 🙂
I never usual bother with the background and tend to prefer naked white paper. To me it looks cleaner and more controlled despite the fact my painting is messy and spontaneous.
To add more ‘Control’ I might try painting a circle around it instead. Hopefully I can create a nice crisp line…

When I get home I might add some watercolour to the first flower doodle. I’ve seen ink and water drawings/paintings (what would you class them as?!) and the ones I have seen have look pretty darn gorgeous.
