    Hello there!

    First of all, your work is absolutely stunning!
    Second, I wanted to bring to your attention that someone has stolen your beautiful piece of art and used it as their own.
    The company is called “An Altered Ego”. They have taken this final version before the “splatter” and put it on a t-shirt and are now attempting to sell these shirts for profit on their website: http://www.analteredego.com

        If you do have a copyright I would check this website out: http://copyright.gov/help/faq/faq-infringement.html
        If you do not have an official copyright..Honestly, I would still act as though I had one. Most of the time simply notifying the person “that you are aware they are using your design and you need them to stop or you will have to take further action” is enough to get them to stop.
        They typically don’t want to deal with the consequences for their actions, so once they have realized they’ve been caught, and have the opportunity to get away “for free” then they’ll stop.
        So I would send her a “cease and desist letter” with a link to your page asking her to discontinue the use of your design immediately.
